Reset passwords on DoE Account Manager (DAM)

  1. Go onto Ikon and click on DOE Account Manager under the Application List.

2. Sign in using your e-number and password.

3. Type in the student name you want to reset.

4. Type in a new password they want to use. If you are using a Chrome device, be sure to uncheck the “Force Change at next login”  box to ensure that there are no further interruptions to the student. Be sure the new password has at least eight characters and an uppercase letter and a number.

5. Click on Reset Password.

 

Their password should be reset. 

 

Sidenote: 

If their account appears as locked on OID status like this: 

HpDAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC 

You can easily unlock their account by clicking on the Unlock button.
